Customer care

Our workmanship commitment.

Clear written coverage for applicable repairs—without vague promises that ignore the vehicle, part or type of work.

Coverage explained clearly

We stand behind work completed by our workshop.

Applicable warranty coverage is explained on your written quote and invoice, including the covered parts, labour, period and exclusions. Because vehicles, components and repairs differ, coverage is confirmed for the specific job rather than represented by a blanket promise.

What your written coverage may identify

  • The parts and labour included
  • The applicable warranty period
  • Whether parts are new, reconditioned or second-hand
  • Conditions required to maintain coverage
  • Relevant exclusions for the specific repair
  • The process for raising a concern

If you have a concern after a repair

Contact us promptly, stop driving if continued operation may cause further damage, and allow our workshop a reasonable opportunity to inspect the vehicle. Do not authorise another party to dismantle or repair the covered area before contacting us unless immediate action is required for safety.

Consumer rights

Nothing on this page is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian Consumer Law. This page is general information; the written terms for the particular repair remain important.
